Chidambaram Group has taken a significant step forward by establishing a new Grabs Spare Parts and Service Hub in Dubai, UAE under entity name Chidambaram Lifting Equipment LLC.
This strategic move aims at strengthening the group’s reach across its existing global customers for meeting their Grab Service and Spare Parts need and also expand the group’s market presence in the region and globally.
The new spare parts and service hub will not only store and supply spare parts but will also serve as the foundation for a range of future services.
In its initial phase which is now operational, the hub will look to service existing and new customers spare parts requirement for Grabs – particularly in the shipping and marine space. Over time this will be expanded to cater to Waste to Energy; Ports; Steel Plants and all other industries where our Grabs operate
One of the key offerings in the near future will be to provide dedicated Grab service, for which a specialized service team is in the process of being put in place. This team will be responsible for providing maintenance, repairs, and other support services to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of Grab equipment.
In addition to spare parts and service support, Chidambaram Lifting Equipment LLC also offer sales support for new projects. This includes assisting customers in selecting the right equipment for their needs through our team of experienced Application Specialists and Engineers, providing detailed product information, and ensuring a seamless implementation of the projects.
